The actual accommodations at the Second Home Peru consist of five bedrooms which are contained within a guesthouse on the property of the larger establishment. The guesthouse has modern design sensibilities but preserves the historical feel.

This establishment is located within a Tudor mansion. The Second Home Peru was once a private residence, the home of Peruvian sculptor Victor Delfin. Today, the hotel exists partially as a gallery which contains exhibits of paintings and sculptures by the current owner. The facility is small and was originally constructed in 1912.
